• Workspaces — create a shared workspace, invite teammates by email, and manage members with owner, admin, and member roles
• In-app invitation acceptance — see and respond to pending workspace invitations directly from the sidebar without leaving the app
• Task assignment — assign tasks to workspace members with a role-aware picker; assignee is shown on each task card
• Role-based permissions — owners and admins can add and delete any task or attachment; members can add content and delete only what they created
• Shared file attachments — all workspace members can see and open attachments added to shared tasks
• Ownership transfer — sole owners can appoint a new owner before leaving a workspace, with a built-in transfer dialog
• Feature guide — a new help button in the sidebar opens a quick-reference modal covering every major feature

Workspaces require a cloud account — local-only usage is unchanged. Role enforcement is applied at both the UI and database level. Invitation links are delivered by email but can be accepted entirely within the app.
